The  Average Weighted Prime Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended September 26th, 2001 by all commercial banks were 14.39 percent and 13.25  per cent respectively.

The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of Commercial banks for the month ended September 30th 2001 was 11.27 percent.
