LTTE would not set preconditions for peace - Tamilchelvam

The LTTE would not set any preconditions for peace talks and would not make demands; that would be in anyway thought of as unfair towards the Sinhala community, Political Wing Leader, S. Thamilchelvam addressing the media at the press conference organised at the LTTE headquarters in Kilinochchi on the occasion of handing over the 10 prisoners of war, on Monday.
