Saudi Arabia is gearing up for the annual pilgrimage to Mecca in February amid expectations that record numbers will visit Islam's holiest sites in the aftermath of the terror attacks on the United States. Various Saudi ministries have mobilised thousands of employees and hired volunteers to help organise the hajj, which is due to culminate on Mount Arafat on February 21.
