Market Mills enters local market Market Mills, Australia's largest steel manufacturer introduced its range of One steel Duragal products to the local construction market at a presentation for the National Construction Association of Sri Lanka (NCASL) recently. Stalink Lanka (Pvt) Limited, the local agents for the Onesteel Market Mills in Sri Lanka said the local construction industry is able to benefit from the world renowned steel products of Onesteel which will be made available to the local market through their partnership with Stalink Lanka (Pvt) Limited. Managing Director of Stalink Lanka, Nimal Dissanayake said the company was proud to be associated with Onesteel Market Mills which is the largest manufacturer and leading distributor of steel products in Australia. A seminar and presentation for the construction industry was conducted by One Steel's Global Marketing Manager, Mohamed Shah for the construction industry representatives. Mr. Shah said Duragal, dualgrade is developed through years of research at Onesteel Market Mills and nurtured and refined to become the market leader in Australia. The company has now embarked on a promotional campaign worldwide to popularise One Steel products in the South Asian region. The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in October, 2000 and employs over 7,000 staff in Australia and overseas with a revenue of US$ 1.5 billion per annum. |
