Kandy district MP and former Minister and Deputy Minister of Defence General Anuruddha Ratwatte was remanded till March 4 by the Teldeniya magistrate Miss Preethi Inoka Ranasinghe when he was produced before her by the CID yesterday in connection with the Udathalawinna massacre on general election day.
