'Three new Rural Development Banks in NE'

The Government will shortly establish three new Rural Development Banks in the North and the East which will be operational from May 1 in a bid to accelerate the development of the North and the East with imminent prospects for growth following the Ceasefire Agreement between the Government and the LTTE.
