in the North and the East which will be operational from May 1 in a bid to
accelerate the development of the North and the East with imminent
prospects for growth following the Ceasefire Agreement between the
Government and the LTTE. As a follow up of the very successful visit of the Minister of
Industries Rohitha Bogollagama to Jaffna accompanied by members of trade
chambers and senior state officials a few weeks ago, the NCCSL is taking a
very large delegation of business leaders and officials to Jaffna on April
