'Women in Management'

A two-day seminar on "Women in Management" will be held on May 18 and 19 at the Grand Oriental Hotel.

Organised by the Centre for Leadership Excellence and Personality Development, the seminar will focus on developing the self-image of the participants to play a more positive and productive managerial role.

The resource person Dr. K. Kuhathasan with wide experience in conducting professional development programs in several Asian countries will facilitate the participants to identify their untapped emotional intelligence, NLP skills and help them to achieve their maximum potential for managerial excellence.

Discussions and Group activities are centred on developing the self-image, creativity, innovation, and these exercises are aimed at changing the negative thought patterns, develop positive thinking, recognise and cope with stress, manage time, develop positive relationships, become assertive, make commitments, develop goals and achieve professional ambitions.
