Employment and Labour Minister Mahinda Samarasinghe addressing yesterday's May Day rally at Town Hall said that the Government has never isolated the unemployed youth in the country and steps are now being discussed with relevant officials to see whether a special payment could be granted to them until they find permanent jobs.
