Rs. 40 m Spa assembling plant to target ME, European markets

Foster and Reed (Pvt) Ltd will set up a Rs. 40 million Spa assembling plant with an Australian collaborator aiming the Middle East and the European markets. It will be the first of its kind to be set up in Sri Lanka, a company release said.

Foster and Reed has completed over 500 projects in building pools for schools, hotels and recreation centres and in the domestic market-the luxury range has been very popular in the local and overseas markets, specially in the Maldives. All equipment and accessories are manufactured in the USA, Australia or New Zealand and adhere to the international standards and safety regulations.

Foster and Reed - is the only company in Sri Lanka that has the membership from the National Spa and Pool Institute USA. The standards and regulations are maintained according to the NSPI (National Spa and Pool Institute).

Apart from the Spa baths and pools, foster and Reed offers a range of steam rooms, Sauna cabins and jet showers - The jet shower pressure massages the body, to relieve a person from aches and pains. An invigorating shower to relieve you from a state of stress. One added advantage is this new water pressure shower could be installed even to the existing shower cubical within 35 minutes", the release said.
