The Cabinet of Ministers, at its weekly meeting last night disregarded a directive sent by President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga not to have any subject matter discussed at the meeting outside the agenda of the routine meetings in her absence, political sources told the Daily News late last night.
