Master Divers (Pvt) Limited, which recently purchased Pelwatte Sugar Industries Ltd, will shortly go in for a US$ 5 million joint venture with Bakri International Energy Company Ltd (BIECO) of Saudi Arabia for the establishment of an offshore bunkering operation off Hambantota which will fuel ships mid sea.
