Nine die as Kashmir heads for third election round Nine people were killed in Indian-administered Kashmir as controversial
state elections opposed by Muslim rebels headed towards a third round,
police said.A civilian was killed and 17 other people injured when
militants hurled a grenade and opened fire at a police vehicle near the
town of Tral, a police spokesman said.
