Helgesen meets Prabhakaran

The Norwegian delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Vidar Helgesen met LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran yesterday for talks on the peace effort."The discussions focused on the North-East political situation, the Joint Task Force and preparations for the second round of formal talks," LTTE media spokesman Daya Master told the Daily News.
