The 2nd annual cricket encounter between Trans Asia Hotel and the Lanka Oberoi Hotel for the Trans Asia Trophy will be played on Saturday, October 26 at the Sri Lanka Airforce Grounds.

Play starts at 9.30 a.m. Last year Oberoi won easily. This year's match is going to be evenly contested as both teams are equally strong.

Trans Asia Hotel: Uditha Prasad (Captain), Nalin Rangajeewa, Gamini Fernando, Pragathi Fernando, Sampath Seneviratne, Adrian Jaakey, Prasad Koralage, Asela Paranavidana, Malkamal Peiris, Jerome Daniel, Jayantha Konara, Jayantha Silva and Ifthikar Mannan.

Lanka Oberoi: Rasika Weeraratne (Captain), Osada Caldera, Sunil Alwis, Ruwan Dias, Dharshana Gunaratne, Malik Jayawardena, Sohantha Abeyweera, Kapila Rambukwella, Chatura Dissanayake, H. K. D. Sampath, Darshana Samarasinghe, Kasun Priyankara and Shane de Silva.
