Overwhelming support for peace process - Survey The overwhelming public support for the current peace process remains
unchanged according to a survey carried out by the Centre for Policy
Alternative. Christmas amnesty for 1,000 prisoners on Monday Around 1,000 prisoners who won an amnesty on account of Christmas will
be released on January 13. This is sequel to the approval granted by the
President for the release of two categories of prisoners on a
