NEW DELHI, Jan 12 (AFP) - Indian border guards have discovered a
half-finished tunnel along the border with Pakistan in the northern state
of Punjab, which they said was going to be used by criminals targetting
India.The Press Trust of India quoted Border Security Force Inspector
General S.N.Jain as saying that the tunnel was found in New Mohammadiwala,
the last Indian border outpost in Punjab's Khemkaran sector.
