Identifying fundamental perceptions by Cumar Hubert I would like to make a contribution to your praiseworthy effort in
mobilizing opinion towards peace, unity and progress in Sri Lanka. We have
been talking of the silent revolutions of 1956, 1970, 1977, 1994 and 2001,
(some of course were not so silent considering the large scale stuffing of
ballot-boxes, together with the "license to kill" being
sanctioned in certain areas) but these silent revolutions have not had the
