India is likely to allow private airlines to fly to other South Asian
countries, Civil Aviation Minister Shahnawaz Hussain was quoted saying
Sunday."The government is planning to allow scheduled Indian carriers
to operate in the SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation)
region, under the existing bilaterals signed with SAARC countries,"
said Hussain, quoted by the Hindustan Times daily.
