Pakistan releases 280 Indian fishermen KARACHI, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Pakistan said on Tuesday it had
released 280 Indian fishermen and 45 boats detained for fishing in
Pakistani waters.Khan Mohammad Pirzada, a spokesman of the state-run
Pakistan Fishermen's Cooperative Society, said the fisherman would return
home in the evening.Pakistan and India often arrest each other's fishermen
for fishing in the other's territorial waters in the Arabian Sea.
