Chief Government whip and Minister Mahinda Samarasinghe yesterday presented the Articles and Services Regulation and Maintenance Bill in Parliament with a view to provide a strategy to deal with shortages which is likely to arise due to the outbreak of hostilities outside Sri Lanka.
