Chief Ministers will submit proposals to Govt.

Nelson Piyaratne, Kataragama group correspondent [Intro] The Ninth annual conference of Chief Ministers was held at Rosen Renaissance Hotel at Kataragama on Saturday in order to discuss the deprivation of power vested on provincial councils by the 13th amendment of the government legislation by the central government for 15 years of establishment of provincial councils.
