Defence Ministry to respond to Tamilchelvam's letter

The Defence Ministry is awaiting the return of Minister Milinda Moragoda and Peace Secretariat Chief Bernard Goonatilleke from India to respond to the Tamilchelvam's letter to the Defence Ministry rejecting their offer to shift some military establishments to Jaffna Fort.
