Premadasa Colour scan Dubai, a member of the Premadasa Group of Companies Sri Lanka is organising a seminar for the print and graphics industry in Dubai on June 1 at Crowne Plaza, Dubai.

The seminar will be conducted by a team of experts in Sri Lanka from the "Ingrin Institute of Printing and Graphics."

The seminar has been organised in association with the Sri Lanka Business Council and the Premadasa Group being the main sponsor who has been in the forefront of many activities for the course and interest of Sri Lanka in Dubai and other Middle East countries.

Ingrin Sri Lanka will conduct more seminars workshops and training programs in the future at international level.

Dulal Wijesinghe, President of the Sri Lanka Business Council in Dubai and Group Director of Premadasa Group is the brainchild of this event. The purpose of this forum is to offer the UAE printing industry a specialist in-depth 'look' into the dynamics of and industry that is continuing to grow. Wijesinghe has spent over four decades in the printing industry of which the past 24 years have been in the Middle East.

The Business Council, a non-profit organisation is mandated to promote Sri Lanka in the Middle East. In the recent past Wijeyasinghe has been instrumental in pursuing the recognition of the Sri Lanka Business Council by the Dubai Government, and will soon join the ranks among other Business Councils of developed nations.

Speaking on this event the Director Operations Ingrin Sri Lanka Sisira Baranage highlighted the outcome of such seminars will have a great impact on the export printing market and education/training needs for Middle East countries in the field of print and graphics.
