Rendering University Councils accountable by Prof. S. Ratnajeevan H. Hoole Recent Op-Ed pages were so interesting that I had to break off my
normal work to pen these thoughts. But then, that is quite OK since in
this corrupt university system where I draw one of the highest salaries in
the public service, I have only 3 hours a week of work and even that only
for 30 weeks of the year. I need to create work to be not bored and that
