Rabble-rousers trying to mislead people and create chaos - Minister Marapana

Before the peace truce was declared, bodies of soldiers were transported daily to the South, not only people living in the city of Colombo, others in rural areas too spent their time in fear, even if peace talks came to a halt, the Truce is in force which has stopped the death of soldiers, Minister of Defence and Transport Tilak Marapana said.
