For peace process to be strengthened, peace talks must restart

When the Sri Lankan Government and the LTTE signed a ceasefire agreement in February 2002, it seemed too good to be true. For nearly 20 years, the LTTE had waged a bloody war against the Government to establish a separate Tamil country in the North and East of the island.
