Internet kiosk in his village. He is intelligent enough to browse through
the Internet and find out the prices of goods in different towns and
decide for himself where to sell his goods to gain a maximum profit.
"This is the kind of development we anticipate to see in Sri
Lanka," Peter Harrold, Country Director for Sri Lanka, World Bank,
