'Stars and Brides' photo exhibition

Sadun Gamage, a photo journalist of Wijaya Newspapers mainly attached to Sandella in Lankadeepa is busy these days with his maiden exhibition titled "Stars and Brides" to be held from January 16 to 19 at the Lionel Wendt.

"I have been working as a photo journalist for more than eight years. After starting "Sandella" tabloid, I got the rare opportunity of working with the eminent artists in this country. I use that opportunity to 'click' unusual angles of these renowned figures which also presented a new experience to the readers as well," Sadun said.

"I believe photography is an art. A photo should always tell a story at a glance, he further added.

About 80 captivating photographs that Sadun 'shot' with his camera will narrate a story to you, if you visit the Lionel Wendt during January 16 to 19.
