To head SLMM:

Furuhovde returns

Retired Major General Trond Furuhovde will be appointed as the new Head of Mission of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) replacing Tryggve Tellefsen, who is in Oslo after being accused of endangering national security by President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga.
