Easy win for Sri Lanka

BANGALORE., Sri Lanka beat Saudi Arabia by seven wickets in their Asia Cup under 17 cricket tournament match played in Bangalore yesterday.

Saudi Arabia were bowled out for 84 runs in 38.1 overs with Sachith Pathirana capturing 4 for 12. Sri Lanka reached their target in 13.1 overs with Sachithra Serasinghe scoring an unbeaten half century.

Saudi Arabia : 84 in 38.1 overs (I. Nasir 38, M. Shujaddin 24, Shalika Karunanayake 3 for 11, Sachith Pathirana 4 for 12)

Sri Lanka : 88 for 3 in 13.1 overs (Sachithra Serasinghe 53 n.o, Sameera Soysa 16, A. Shahid 3 for 39).
