Only Constitutional Amendment can resolve political crisis - PM

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said on Wednesday that the current political crisis can be resolved only through a constitutional amendment which will be done in the near future. He said that virtuous leaders can fashion their administration on the basis of the Dhamma preached by the Buddha to the Lichchavi Royal clan.
