| Four parties hand over nominations in Puttalam District Puttalam Central Group Correspondent Four recognised parties handed over their nomination lists for the Puttalam District to the Returning Officer of Puttalam, H. M. Herath on February 20. The Jathika Sanwardhana Peramuna led by W. M. G. Wijenaike, The Sri Lanka Pragathiseeli Peramuna led by M. Anthony Fernando, The Eksath Samajawadi Peramuna led by K. A. W. N. Siriwardena and The Sinhalaye Mahasammatha Bhoomiputra led by S. A. Saljaya Nisantha were the parties to hand over their nominations. At the same time five Independent groups too paid their deposits. |
