Millennium City introduces heartland Residencies to Ja-ela "Due to the popular demand and numerous requests by people living and working in the Colombo and greater Colombo areas, Ceylinco Developers Ltd (CDL), will introduce Millennium City's Heartland Residencies to the people of Ja-ela" said Deputy Chairman CDL Bandula Ranaweera. To date over 1,450 families have invested in Millennium City homes within the last four years, with the numbers being added daily. Heartland Residencies was launched in the first week of March with four types of houses namely Orchid, Rose, Anthurium and Dahlia being available to the public . Each house will be built on between 6 - 7. 5 perches of land , with this first phase consisting of 50 houses. The houses are from Rs 1.95 million upwards with the initial reservation fee being 10% of the total value . The balance could be paid in instalments while CDL would also be facilitating the arranging of bank loans. Constructed in keeping with the highest standards by ICTAD registered contractors, all supervision is being carried out by a team of qualified professionals including foreign architects who would ensure that the construction of Heartland Residencies is of the highest standard. "We not only want to provide our customers with quality housing but a superior lifestyle in a pleasant neighbourhood as well," said Ranaweera. This would be effected by the eco friendly environment which has been created via an abundance of landscaped parks, green belts, a recreational centre complete with club house, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and gymnasium with the added convenience of a supermarket right next to the housing complex, Ranaweera said. Millennium City, Heartland Residencies is approved and sponsored by the BOI and company sources say they expect all 50 houses to be snapped up within a matter of days subsequent to the launch. |
