Moratu Vidyalaya drew with St. Mary's College, Kegalle in their inter-school cricket match at Moratuwa for the Lemonade Trophy. In reply to Vidyalians total of 105, Marians scored 283 runs with Lasantha Wijeratne scoring a well-deserved 111 runs. In their second essay Vidyalians were 193 runs at the close.
