Baghdad bomb kills 27, US vows to end mission

BAGHDAD, Thursday (Reuters) A suspected al Qaeda-linked car bomb killed 27 people in the heart of Baghdad, but U.S. President George W. Bush's administration vowed to stay in Iraq until its goal of democracy is achieved.
