| Elections chief to summon all media institution heads The Commissioner of Elections Dayananda Dissanayake has decided to summon the heads of all media institutions, including the Private and State media, for a discussion on the on-going election campaign to ensure compliance by the media of the guidelines issued by the Commissioner. This was announced by Mr. Dissanayake at the weekly Friday meeting with representatives of political parties at the Elections Secretariat. He will meet the media heads tomorrow at 3 p.m. |
