where is all the foreign funding going?

The United People's Freedom Alliance notes with concern the substantially heavy funding by foreign governments through their agencies, without any consultation with or concurrence of the major political parties in this country, to selectively chosen organisations known for their pro-UNP bias, in election related activities.
