No warrant required to arrest Ravi - Magistrate

Colombo Fort Magistrate and Additional District Judge Sarath C. Karunaratne yesterday observed that there was no need for a court warrant to arrest a suspect and that investigators could arrest a suspect and produce him in court if there was sufficient evidence for an arrest.
