GOMES - MRS SUSILA (nee PEIRIS). Daughter of the late Mr and Mrs E.B. Peiris, died peacefully in Vancouver on the 28th of May, 2004. EMMANUEL  - MERCY LILY PAVALAMANY (Retired Teacher). Daughter of late Mr and Mrs Thambiah (Postmaster), beloved wife of A.G. Emmanuel, darling mother of Rajinie and Christie, mother-in-law of Theva and Usha, adored grandma of Ruwanthi, Christopher, Christine and Bernadette, sister of Pushpam, George, Princy, Singhe, late James, late Alfred and late Bala, sister-in-law of Meena, Malathy, Vijayadevi, Helen, Kanagasabapathy, late Pararajasingham late Selvadurai and late Ruckmani, expired in Toronto, Canada on June 30th, 2004. Cortege leaves Paul O'Connor Funeral Home on Saturday the 3rd of July. Funeral Service at 10.30 a.m., thereafter burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill, Canada.

Dearly beloved husband of Gwen, precious father of Hiranthi, Christopher, Cheryland Mark, father-in-law of Richard and Clifford, grandfather of Alexa, Spencer, Charles, Alana and Christian. Cortege leaves from Barney Raymond's Funeral Parlour at 2.45 p.m. on Monday 5th July '04 for the Funeral Mass at 4 p.m. in the Church of SS Peter and Paul, Uyana Road, off Station Road, Lunawa. Burial in the Church Cemetery. The body will remain in Barney Raymond's Funeral Parlour until Monday 2.45 p.m.
