Pakistan wants bilateral disputes included in SAARC Charter

Pakistan today strongly pitched for expansion of the SAARC Charter to allow discussion on bilateral disputes as Foreign Secretaries of the regional grouping held talks here to review progress on SAFTA, poverty alleviation and the steps initiated to stop financing of terrorist organisations, ahead of the ministerial conference.
