Jaffna library corner stone returned to rightful place

Soon after Chief Justice Sarath N. Silva laid the foundation stone for the new Jaffna library on July 14,it mysteriously disappeared.

The corner stone of Jaffna literature has been acknowledged as the public library with tomes and tomes of historical documents.

The loss of the foundation stone met with strong protest from the people of Jaffna.

Was this some mystical factor responsible for the loss or was it saboteurs who were against the development of the knowledge of people of Jaffna?

Anyway, all ends that ends well, for yesterday the corner stone of the new Jaffna library sponsored by the UPFA Government and destroyed by the UNP had equally mysteriously re-appeared in its original place where the foundation was laid.
