Tank rehabilitation - a boon to farmers

Being a retired Irrigation Engineer I believe that the rehabilitation programme would comprise both the restoration of breached Non Working Village Tanks as well as the upgrading of many working Village Tanks which would include but not limited to anicuts and amunas technically known as diversion weirs, feeder canals and field channels.
