President to address UN General Assembly

The General Assembly of the United Nations opens its 59th regular session on September 14 at the Untied Nations Headquarters in New York. President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga is scheduled to address the General Assembly, a UN press release stated yesterday.
