Australia, Pakistan failed to deliver the goods

Australia and Pakistan have only themselves to blame for their inability to enter the prestigious ICC Champions Trophy final, conceding victories to England and West Indies, in the semis at Edgbaston and the Rose Bowl. Australia who hold the champion tag in both versions of the game, seemed to be a disinterested side from the time Michael Vaughan won the toss and put them in.
