The Treasury on Wednesday provided Rs. 8 million to BCC Lanka Ltd to pay the September salaries of its 485 employees. The company's production came to a complete halt last month due to lack of funds. The immediate problem is solved for the time being but we are awaiting the cabinet decision with regard to the company's future, said the Chairman BCC Nihal Hettiarachchi.
