medicinal herbs is gaining ground. The country is at the risk of losing
some of its rare biodiversity species to outsiders who are eager to obtain
patent rights of rare medicinal herbs belonging to 'naive' Third World
countries through monetary 'baits' or if unsuccessful "by hook or by
