Hayleys Consumer among world's top Usha Lexus dealers
Hayleys Consumer Products Ltd., has been adjudged one of the best dealers worldwide for Usha Lexus appliances by Usha Shriram of India, the owner of the brand. The award presented in Colombo recently places Hayleys Consumer among the principal dealers in the world for Usha Lexus appliances. The company has been presented with this award for several years by Usha Lexus. Presenting the award to Hayleys Consumer Managing Director, Rizvi Zaheed, Usha Shriram (India) Vice President Exports, Ashok Dheri said: "It is indeed a privilege to have Hayleys as a dealer who brings in the highest level of professionalism and ethics into all its dealings." "The criteria for the award include sales growth, payment record, adherence to ethical business practice, relationship building and business development," he said. Zaheed said that the company is delighted to have been adjudged as one of the top global dealers for Usha Lexus. "Although the market for domestic appliances is extremely competitive in terms of brands, quality and price, this award reflects the commitment of our hard working sales and marketing staff in making Usha Lexus brand the top-of-the-mind brand and the market leader in domestic appliances," he said. Hayleys Consumer has been the authorised distributor in Sri Lanka for Usha Lexus for almost a decade. Purchases of Usha Lexus appliances grew by 21 per cent last year identified the brand as one of the key players in the local market. The range of appliances marketed in Sri Lanka includes Water filters, jug kettles, irons, pressure cookers, mixer grinders and water geyzers. The range is to be expanded with the addition of an array of small domestic appliances. |
