Hopes high for South Asia trade bloc at Dhaka summit

DHAKA, Tuesday (Xinhua) South Asia, the home of one fifth of the global population and where nearly half of its people are poor, is hoping to form an economic union in the 13th summit in Dhaka next month in line with an agreement signed in the Islamabad summit last year.
