Lanka's coastline raised hopes on Thursday of a new era of peace between
the LTTE and the Government. Reconstruction begins on Jan 15 by Manjula Fernando President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga estimated the
infrastructure reconstruction in the tsunami affected areas would cost the
