Anandasangaree appeals to LTTE

I take this opportunity to appeal to the Leadership of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam to realise the seriousness of the situation and open its gates to the restricted areas under their control and allow free access to every organisation that volunteers to do relief work there - the Mullaitivu and the Point Pedro electorates in particular.
